Account Registration & Information Security
Account Registration Requirements
To register an account on the 238 platform, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to register. 238 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.
Password Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Never share your login credentials with anyone. 238 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the user's own disclosure of their login information.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
By using the 238 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities that may compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or third parties:
- Using automated software, bots, or any scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the security systems of the 238 platform.
- Spreading misleading, harmful, or unlawful content through the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or falsification of information in financial transactions.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unauthorised advantage.
Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, and 238 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 238 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are your own and have been obtained through legitimate means.
Processing Times & Transaction Limits
Deposit processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method. FPX is typically processed within minutes, while bank transfers may take up to three business days. 238 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals, and these limits are subject to change from time to time.
Transaction Verification
238 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify any financial transaction deemed suspicious or unusual. Failure to provide the required documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of transaction functions on the account in question.

Account Policy, Liability Limits & Suspension
Account Suspension & Closure
238 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is involved in fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or any conduct that endangers the platform or other users. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to claim any remaining credit balance in those accounts.
Platform Liability Limits
238 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use this platform. 238's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Service Interruptions
238 strives to keep the platform available at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control — such as network outages or natural disasters — may cause temporary service disruptions.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the 238 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of 238 or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information or services obtained from this platform without prior written consent from 238 management.

The 238 platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or verification of those websites' content. 238 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
